This activity megundang experts with expertise in entrepreneurship that is Wiweko Adi Nugroho (Managing Director of PT. LINK and BEYOND) and the Dharma Kusuma (Lecturer at the University of Ciputra Entrepreneurship Center).
Activity moderated by Asty Setiautami (Public Relations Manager Media Center UI) seeks to provide insights and explanations about the world of entrepreneurship by students. As an expert in the field of branding, Mr. Wiweko provide input to the participants to give priority to good service in doing business. In addition to unique products, good quality, secure, ethics in business is also a critical point in building success. "Despite having the highest quality products but not accompanied with good ethics, of course not there are customers who want loyal to our products" he said. Mr Wiweko also explained that planing a mature, market analysis to read, and give priority to quality is a long and gradual process in order to "steal hearts" for loyal customers to the products offered.
In line with that expressed by Mr. Wiweko, the second speaker on this public lecture, Mr Dharma Kusuma also explained that as an entrepreneur must understand the market segmentation between products, customers, and competitors. Because through these three things will look the ideas on what to do to make our products have "selling points" over the eyes of customers. One powerful way to do that is with me mix and match ¬ a product and a network that we have to find a new innovation in product creation.
Activities that lasted for two hours this is an award of an advanced form of entrepreneurship that have been briefing conducted by DKIB UI on Young Entrepreneurship program. Through these activities is expected that participants who in fact is also a student as an agent of change, capable of making entrepreneurship as a first choice career future. “Kami sudah melayangkan gugatan hukum kepada Samsung terkait pelanggaran hak paten di Amerika Serikat, Inggris, Jerman dan Belanda,” kata Ase Lindskog, juru bicara Ericsson.
Menurut Lindskog, pihaknya telah melakukan negosiasi besar dengan Samsung terkait pembaharuan lisensi. “Kesepakatan mereka dengan kami telah berakhir sejak 31 Desember tahun lalu,” ujarnya lagi.
Masalahnya, Samsung masih memakai paten ponsel yang tidak berlisensi lagi. Ketika dikonfirmasi, juru bicara Samsung di Seoul masih enggan mengomentari masalah ini.
Entah iri atau ingin menjatuhkan rival, yang jelas kasus pelanggaran paten dan perlawanan legal lainnya sudah sering bahkan biasa terjadi di sektor teknologi. Bisa jadi karena perusahaan telah menghabiskan banyak dana untuk penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D).

ANALISIS KASUS PELANGGARAN ETIKA BISNIS OLEH PRODUK HIT
Produk HIT dianggap merupakan anti nyamuk yang efektif dan murah untuk menjauhkan nyamuk dari kita… Tetapi, ternyata murahnya harga tersebut juga membawa dampak negatif bagi konsumen HIT.
Telah ditemukan zat kimia berbahaya di dalam kandungan kimia HIT yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan konsumennya, yaitu Propoxur dan Diklorvos. 2 zat ini berakibat buruk bagi manusia, antara lain keracunan terhadap darah, gangguan syaraf, gangguan pernapasan, gangguan terhadap sel pada tubuh, kanker hati dan kanker lambung.
Obat anti-nyamuk HIT yang dinyatakan berbahaya yaitu jenis HIT 2,1 A (jenis semprot) dan HIT 17 L (cair isi ulang
Departemen Pertanian juga telah mengeluarkan larangan penggunaan Diklorvos untuk pestisida dalam rumah tangga sejak awal 2004 (sumber : Republika Online). Hal itu membuat kita dapat melihat dengan jelas bahwa pemerintah tidak sungguh-sungguh berusaha melindungi masyarakat umum sebagai konsumen. Produsen masih dapat menciptakan produk baru yang berbahaya bagi konsumen tanpa inspeksi pemerintah.
Jika dilihat menurut UUD, PT Megarsari Makmur sudah melanggar beberapa pasal, yaitu :
1. Pasal 4, hak konsumen adalah :
Ayat 1 : “hak atas kenyamanan, keamanan, dan keselamatan dalam mengkonsumsi barang dan/atau jasa”
Ayat 3 : “hak atas informasi yang benar, jelas, dan jujur mengenai kondisi dan jaminan barang dan/atau jasa”
PT Megarsari tidak pernah memberi peringatan kepada konsumennya tentang adanya zat-zat berbahaya di dalam produk mereka. Akibatnya, kesehatan konsumen dibahayakan dengan alasan mengurangi biaya produksi HIT.
2. Pasal 7, kewajiban pelaku usaha adalah :
Ayat 2 : “memberikan informasi yang benar, jelas dan jujur mengenai kondisi dan jaminan barang dan/atau jasa serta
memberi penjelasan penggunaan, perbaikan dan pemeliharaan”
PT Megarsari tidak pernah memberi indikasi penggunaan pada produk mereka, dimana seharusnya apabila sebuah kamar disemprot dengan pestisida, harus dibiarkan selama setengah jam sebelum boleh dimasuki lagi.
3. Pasal 8
Ayat 1 : “Pelaku usaha dilarang memproduksi dan/atau memperdagangkan barang dan/atau jasa yang : tidak
memenuhi atau tidak sesuai dengan standar yang dipersyaratkan dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan”
Ayat 4 : “Pelaku usaha yang melakukan pelanggaran pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilarang memperdagangkan barang
dan/atau jasa tersebut serta wajib menariknya dari peredaran”
PT Megarsari tetap meluncurkan produk mereka walaupun produk HIT tersebut tidak memenuhi standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku bagi barang tersebut. Seharusnya, produk HIT tersebut sudah ditarik dari peredaran agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, tetapi mereka tetap menjualnya walaupun sudah ada korban dari produknya.
4. Pasal 19 :
Ayat 1 : “Pelaku usaha bertanggung jawab memberikan ganti rugi atas kerusakan, pencemaran, dan/atau kerugian
konsumen akibat mengkonsumsi barang dan/atau jasa yang dihasilkan atau diperdagangkan”
Ayat 2 : “Ganti rugi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dapat berupa pengembalian uang atau penggantian barang
dan/atau jasa yang sejenis atau setara nilainya, atau perawatan kesehatan dan/atau pemberian santunan yang sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku”
Ayat 3 : “Pemberian ganti rugi dilaksanakan dalam tenggang waktu 7 (tujuh) hari setelah tanggal transaksi”
Menurut pasal tersebut, PT Megarsari harus memberikan ganti rugi kepada konsumen karena telah merugikan para konsumen.

memenuhi atau tidak sesuai dengan standar yang dipersyaratkan dan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan”
Ayat 4 : “Pelaku usaha yang melakukan pelanggaran pada ayat (1) dan ayat (2) dilarang memperdagangkan barang
dan/atau jasa tersebut serta wajib menariknya dari peredaran”
PT Megarsari tetap meluncurkan produk mereka walaupun produk HIT tersebut tidak memenuhi standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku bagi barang tersebut. Seharusnya, produk HIT tersebut sudah ditarik dari peredaran agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, tetapi mereka tetap menjualnya walaupun sudah ada korban dari produknya.
4. Pasal 19 :
Ayat 1 : “Pelaku usaha bertanggung jawab memberikan ganti rugi atas kerusakan, pencemaran, dan/atau kerugian
konsumen akibat mengkonsumsi barang dan/atau jasa yang dihasilkan atau diperdagangkan”
Ayat 2 : “Ganti rugi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) dapat berupa pengembalian uang atau penggantian barang
dan/atau jasa yang sejenis atau setara nilainya, atau perawatan kesehatan dan/atau pemberian santunan yang sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku”
Ayat 3 : “Pemberian ganti rugi dilaksanakan dalam tenggang waktu 7 (tujuh) hari setelah tanggal transaksi”
Menurut pasal tersebut, PT Megarsari harus memberikan ganti rugi kepada konsumen karena telah merugikan para konsumen.
